For the COMPLETE BIKES category only, order fulfillment takes place within five days of the order. Some products not immediately available in stock, or in reordering, are processed in a maximum of 8 working days.
It is essential that you indicate a working landline or mobile phone number to be provided to the courier, who uses it in case of difficulty in delivery.

The delivery service involves a change to the recipient's address, so we ask you to be as precise as possible in communicating your address. If the courier does not find anyone at the address communicated, or the address communicated to us is incorrect, the shipment will go into storage. A package in storage can be collected at the courier's depot or returned after telephone contact. The high costs of storage and return management oblige us to ask for a cash on delivery of € 15 for collection or return of the package.

If the package arrived has obvious damage to the packaging or contents , it is important to collect it only by affixing "Reserve – damaged package" or reject the package.
Accepting a damaged package without reserve is equivalent to declaring that it has arrived in good condition and consequently it is no longer possible for us to claim compensation from the courier.
