1) Information and timing
We respond to emails in a maximum of 12 hours, 24 if you write during closing time. We are present in the shop during normal opening hours, from Monday to Saturday inclusive, from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:30 to 19:30.
2) How to purchase
You can place orders both as a registered user and as a guest, we recommend registration to avoid re-entering your data every time. You can navigate through the products from the horizontal menu, from the vertical menu on the left of the page, or using a search from the box at the top right. Once you have found the desired item, click on "ADD TO CART" and possibly change the quantity.
We sell on different sites and platforms, so it is possible that the product you ordered is not available at the moment, because it is ordered and sold out from another purchase. In the event that orders arrive simultaneously from different platforms, exclusive priority is given to purchases through this site, morgancicli.it, and if the item you ordered is temporarily unavailable we will immediately refund the purchase, unless you indicate otherwise (waiting for item or replacement with other).
Your cart on the right lists the items you are bringing to the checkout but does not oblige you to purchase, you can change your cart as many times as you want until you press BUY and proceed with the purchase. As proof of purchase we always provide receipt or invoice of the purchase that will arrive with your items.
3) Order fulfillment times
For spare parts, accessories, supplements and clothing, if the item is in stock, they are taken from the warehouse as soon as payment is received and delivered to the courier on the same day if the payment of the order has arrived by 12:00, otherwise the next day.
For the COMPLETE BIKES category , order processing times are 3 days.
4) Payment methods
- Advance bank transfer: if you choose this payment method, the average order processing time is 3 days; once we receive the bank transfer we will deliver the ordered goods to you. The details to make the transfer are:

5) Delivery times and costs
We deliver throughout Italy by express courier 24h, 48h for Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia.
The shipping cost is 6.90 Euro, however shipping is always free for all orders at least 99 Euro (excluding bicycles).
For bicycle shipments the cost is fixed at 25.00 Euro per package and shipping times are 2 working days or 3 working days in the case of Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia.
Once you have placed the products you want to buy in the cart, you can calculate the shipping cost you are going to face WITHOUT OBLIGATION.
If you are entitled to free shipping and during the order fulfillment it will be proposed to you, the courier just taken charge of the package / packages will contact the customer directly, providing via SMS the tracking code and the internet address of the courier. It is essential for this purpose to provide us with a mobile phone number.
All products have a manufacturer's warranty of 24 months if in possession of a document proving the purchase, regularly provided by us. The Guarantee provides that the consumer has the right to restore the conformity of the defective goods by his choice; repair or replacement with similar goods, or, if this is not possible, to an appropriate reduction in the price or termination of the contract.
The choice, however, is not allowed if the remedy requested is objectively impossible or excessively burdensome compared to the other (for example, the remedy is impossible if you request the repair of the good but there are no longer spare parts for that good; it is excessively burdensome if you choose the replacement of the defective good with a new one when instead a minimum intervention would be enough to restore conformity to the good).
7) Right of withdrawal
The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner expressed by Legislative Decree 206/2005 of 22 May 1999, by sending an email with his data and the order number for which he requests return.
The return must take place within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the goods, the item must be in its original packaging, and the shipment is the responsibility of the buyer.
If you wish to replace the product, for example to choose it in another size or variant, we provide the delivery service with simultaneous collection of your package to be returned, thus saving you further delivery.
8) Place of jurisdiction
For the resolution of any civil disputes arising from the interpretation, execution and termination of this distance sales contract, if the Customer is a consumer (ie a natural person who buys the products not for purposes related to his professional activity) the mandatory territorial jurisdiction is of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer himself, if located in Italy (Art. 63 D. Lgs. 205/2006).
The personal data provided by the user in relation to the use of this portal are processed in accordance with D.L.gs n. 196/2003 containing the "Code regarding the protection of personal data".
