The construction of the jacket respects the concepts of Alé's Body Mapping; the arrangement of the fabrics is in fact designed to improve breathability and protection from the cold: The 3layer fabric with Windtex membrane protects from the wind while the soft inner fleece protects from the cold by removing sweat from the skin.
